Chapter 7 - Simple
- $1101 legal fee
- $299 filing fee
- $1400 total = $700 (with paperwork) & $700 (on the 15th of the month before filing).
Chapter 7 - Over Median or Simple Self Employed
- $2251 legal fee
- $299 filing fee
- $2550 total = $850 (with paperwork) & $850(prior to filing) & $850 (on the 15th of the month before filing).
Chapter 13
- Contact us for the price of filing for chapter 13. In almost every case, we do not ask for any money down. In order to help our clients file for bankruptcy, all we ask is for the filing fee to be paid up front. The rest of the legal fees will be buiilt into the chapter 13 payment plan. That way, you can get the relief you need.
